When you register or submit application fees, the details inputted (such as Aadhar, Numbers, addresses) are stored securely on our systems. You must guarantee the data provided belongs to you legally.

4. Payment & Fees

All application fees or booking fees submitted through our integrated gateways (Cashfree) are non-refundable, as described in our **Refunds & Cancellations Policy**.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, diagrams, and assets are property of Earth Light Solar Admin control frames.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in appropriate courts of Uttar Pradesh.
