No Refunds for Application Fees
Please note that any charges paid as **Application Fees for Vaccancy Submissions** are strictly **Non-Refundable** and **Non-Cancellable** under any circumstances.
1. General Terms
Earth Light Solar operates as an installation support company. For job registration programs, the fees collected represent processing charges towards documentation review, back-office assessments, and administrative setup costs.
2. Double Deductions / Technical Errors
In the event that you have undergone a **double deduction** due to payment gateway lag or multiple submissions by mistake, you can report the issue with full proofs within 48 hours to our sales department. Cases of true duplicate charges for a single submission are subject to individual verify processing before an adjustment.
3. Service Bookings
Refund policies regarding modular setups, structural bookings, and advanced machinery are separately governed inside full quotation files and do not fall under standard vacancy portal guidelines.
